| * Bookings
will be confirmed against full advance payment for
the total number of room nights. |
| * Reservations
made prior to 10 days of the check-in date cannot
be cancelled. In case of cancellation the amount
will be forfeited. |

case of cancellation 15 days in advance retention
for one night will be levied. |
| * Advance
to be paid in full for the total number of room
nights confirmed. |
| * In
case of the guest checking out prior to the date
of departure, no amount shall be refunded. |
| * All
payments made by Cheques/Demand Drafts to be raised
